Paintball Marker Gun

The original ion was released in 2005, and soon increased in popularity, but was often criticized for being difficult to disassemble and maintain. [2] Smart Parts addressed these concerns in 2007 with the release of the Ion XE, which offers the ability to remove pin back marker. [3]. The recipient of the ion is in a rear compartment of wood, both hard-anodized. Its grip frame and ASA are both made of diecast aluminum and is powder-coated. The outer shell of the Ion is polymer. The ion includes the vision system, infrared transmitter and receiver on either side of the compartment. This prevents ion firing when a ball is not fully charged in the chamber, reducing the number of balls "slices." The Ion is notable for being highly customizable: is lined in a removable polymer shell, which comes in several different colors. This shell can also be replaced by aftermarket "body kits" to change the appearance of the ion, similar to the kits available for Tippmann A5 marker and others. In addition to these body kits, several pieces of aftermarket parts (such as triggers and feednecks) are available. The Ion board is manufactured in two forms: a thought for distribution in the United States and others for distribution in the UK. The UK version of the board has not erupted or fully automatic modes of firewood and is identified by the green power LED. The U.S. version of the board includes all firing modes and has a red power LED. This board can also be replaced by a number of aftermarket boards (such as Blackheart board or virtue) that offer greater control over the timing of the firing action of the various firing modes, and a higher maximum rate of fire, in most cases limited only by the mechanical capabilites marker itself. [4]. Due to the large number of aftermarket upgrades available, the ion can be customized or action used to hold his own in today's fast-paced speedball tournaments. It can also be easily done in a competent woodsball marker. Internally, the Ion offers design spool-valve, similar to a Shocker SFT or Matrix of the dye. However, the operation of the ion is somewhat simpler than a Shocker SFT or matrix that does not use a 4 way solenoid valve. The solenoid valve of the ion has only three hoses: one to supply air to the solenoid, one to supply air to a tank compartment behind the pin, and one that provides the air in front of the bolt to hold back while that the marker is at rest. The solenoid thus directs air either to the front of the bolt to not fire, or air tank behind the bolt, to blow front. When you turn the ion, the air in front of the bolt that holds back is drained back through the solenoid, it does in the back of the firing chamber to blow the bolt forward. To expedite the drainage of air from the front of the bolt, many users add a quick exhaust valve (QEV) to their score. The QEV replaces a garrison ion in the body and allows air to drain expressed in the body cavity instead of going all the way back through the solenoid.Allowing air to express more quickly, this allows the bolt to close faster and with more force, which allows the user to lower the operating pressure and / or time the solenoid valve is open (detention). The QEV also acts as a grease trap for the parts would get normally in the solenoid and possibly cause problems.
