After training a month CrossFit Peru, Alfredo disappeared. He tells us that it was the summer studying abroad. Now he has returned, is resuming its CrossFit and skills of Paint Ball. Speaking of the latter, he sends us this press release. This weekend will be held on Läpple (Latin American Professional Paintball League) Agricultural University, and of course, I'll be wearing the shirt of CrossFit Peru to everyone, to sweat it like the sudo in the classroom. Without doubt, more training a person can do, none of them will be better than a balanced fitness, not only for paintball but for any sport.
